How to Enter
Register/Create Your Account
- If you've not entered any of our other awards before then you’ll need to create your account before you can make a start putting your entries together. This will only take a few minutes of your time. If you entered any of our awards last year, you can just login to your account and ignore the next few steps.
- Click on the 'Don't have an account?' link
- You will be required to supply your first name, last name and email address, as well as a password.
- You will also need to agree to the Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy and click ‘Submit’.
- If you have a user account anywhere within the Evessio Event Management Platform a message will pop up telling you for which event and will ask you to login with your existing credentials. You also have the option to reset your password.
- Otherwise, you will be taken into your account where you'll see a message requiring you to enter a validation code. You won't be able to submit any entries until you have validated your account.
- You will have been sent an email (from noreply@insurancetimesawards.co.uk) to the email address provided with the option of either copy & pasting the code or clicking on a link to validate your account.
- If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folders, go to your profile to re-send the confirmation email, or check/edit your email address in case of misspelling. Please note: you will be unable to complete a submission until your account has been validated.
Log in to your account
- Once your account is set up you can return at any time using your login credentials to access your account and submit and amend your entries. You can also login via the 'Your Account' link on the menu bar of the event website.
- If you have forgotten your password, please click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page.
Submit an entry
- Either click on the ‘Enter’ button on the homepage or click on ‘Categories’ under the 'Entry Info' drop-down on the main menu bar to view the full list of awards open for entry and/or nomination. (If you are logged into your account, you can add entries via the drop-down menu).
- Click on the arrow to the right of the category name to view the full category definition or click on the double arrow at the top of the page to view all the categories at once.
- Carefully review the criteria to ensure you are eligible and don’t forget to check the Rules of Entry and Terms & Conditions for the finer details.
- You’ll need to select the category/categories you want to enter to access the correct entry form/s. You can choose to enter one category at a time or you can choose multiple categories. Simply tick the box(es) for your chosen category/ies and then click on the ‘Process’ button at the bottom right of your screen to add entry forms to your basket. Please note, if you choose one category at a time, you can still add further categories at a later stage, right up until the entry deadline.
- You will be taken into your Basket where you can complete the entry forms.
- When you have entered all the required information on the form and are happy with your answers, check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on ‘Continue’ at the bottom of the page. You will be taken through the payment process and once complete you'll be taken to a Thank You page which confirms your entry has been submitted.
- Submitted entries can be found in Your Account under the 'Awards' heading section on the left-hand side of your screen. Please note that the 'Awards' heading will only show once you have submitted at least one entry or you have saved items.
Saved Items
- If you don’t want to complete your entry/entries and submit them all in one go, you can use the ‘Save for later’ button which will move your entry/entries to ‘Saved items.’
- When you log back in you’ll be able to retrieve the entry/entries from 'Saved items' (under the 'Transactions' heading) or within 'Entries' (under the 'Awards' heading) and complete any remaining fields.
- Make sure you click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of the category entry form before exiting the page to ensure your changes have been saved.
- When you’re ready to submit your entry, click on ‘Move to basket’ at the top of the page and then scroll to the bottom of the page to agree to the Terms and Conditions and click on ‘Submit’. It can take up to a minute to process your submission so please don’t close the page until you see the Thank You message.
Basket
- This is where all entries are held before you submit (it functions like a shopping basket). You can view and submit via the green 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.
Amend a completed entry
- Entries can be amended up to the closing date, including those that have been submitted.
- Once you have logged in to your account you can locate your submitted entry/entries by clicking on ‘Entries’ under the ‘Awards’ heading. This will also show you a list of any Saved Entries that you have.
- Find the category/categories you want to amend and click on the blue ‘Edit’ button to the right of the screen.
- Edit the entry and use the save button to store your changes.
