Jane is Chief Executive Officer of Aon, with over 20 years’ experience in risk and insurance, Jane also leads Aon’s Commercial Risk business, playing a pivotal part in ensuring Aon can consistently offer best-in-class service to clients and the market.

Jane has served as deputy chair of the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) and chair of the Insurance Broking Standards Committee since 2023, where she has represented Aon and its clients’ interests on many key matters.
