Nicola has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years. She was appointed as Chief Client Officer in 2021 and has been a member of the UK executive team since then.

In addition to her client relationship management expertise, Nicola is also passionate about technology and innovation with a focus on delivering impactful results for Sedgwick’s clients and customers. Nicola engages regularly with the industry’s press and has been profiled in WeAreTheCity and Insurance Business UK’s Elite Women report on the back of her work in the diversity, equity and inclusion space.
