Martin was an insurance broker for 33 years, so thinks like a broker, but has always acted like a client. He knows what the client doesn’t know so shares it with them - a client recently called him his “insurance wingman” which sums up what he does rather well!

Martin works with the commercial buyer of insurance in a coaching, mentoring, and guidance role. He works with MDs, FDs, and Boards to leverage the relationships with their insurance brokers and insurers to ensure they achieve the best results for their business.

Since setting up his consultancy in January 2022, he has worked with many different businesses, across a wide range of sectors. He is Chair of Trustees of an education charity, sits on the board of small tech-based businesses, Chair of Governors at a local dual entry primary school and volunteers as an Enterprise Adviser to secondary schools in Staffordshire.
