Laura Horrocks started her career in fraud investigation in 2009. During her time as a desktop motor investigator, Laura realised she had a real passion for investigating insurance fraud. Laura progressed to the role of Head of Fraud Technology and Intelligence focusing on providing meaningful insight to clients and the wider industry across multiple lines of business.

In April 2024 she moved to the role of Customer Success Manager at Shift Technology to further develop her skills within the technology sector. She now assists customers with their adoption and implementation of fraud detection technology, tailoring the right solution for a client’s individual needs.
