Kelly Ogley is the CEO of Consumer and Local Commercial at Howden, one of the UK’s largest insurance brokers. With over eight years at Howden, Kelly has been instrumental in driving the company's growth and transformation. As the former Chief Operating Officer for A-Plan (now Howden Consumer and Local Commercial), she led the business through a period of substantial expansion, including over 50% increase in Gross Written Premium (GWP), a 45% growth in the branch network, and the successful completion of more than 60 mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Howden, Kelly had a distinguished 29 year career at Swinton Insurance. Starting in the branch network, she rapidly ascended through various leadership roles to eventually become COO.

Kelly is passionate about attracting diverse talent to insurance as well as ensuring the industry fully embraces tech and data as an enabler to continue to delight clients and meet their changing expectations.
