Elaine has worked in the claims function for over 40 years and has always been passionate about the claims service being at the forefront of the industry. It is after all the product that is being sold and all insurance purchases should put protection of the insured at its core.

Elaine’s personal experience encompasses personal lines, commercial lines and the speciality business written within the Lloyds and London Insurance Market and she is delighted to be invited onto the judging panel again.
