Following more than two decades of innovation experience in the insurance industry, Charlotte now leads Milliman’s insurtech services for general insurers in the UK.

Before joining Milliman, Charlotte spent 15 years revolutionising insurance solutions in the pet insurance, motor telematics and household insurance industries. She most recently served as the Chief Underwriting Officer of the Insurtech unicorn ManyPets and was notably also a founding team-member of black-box pioneer insurethebox. Prior to her insurtech adventures, Charlotte was an actuary and consultant at EMB, where she first got her zeal for data-driven insurance innovation.

Charlotte is well-known across the insurance industry for her drive for insurance innovation and loves to champion positive insurance evolution in a fast-changing world and companies with a real vision to shout about. She is connected to a wide insurtech network of experts and is a regular speaker at events.
