Charles has over 40 years’ experience in insurance, having worked for MGAs, brokers and insurers, from junior to CEO level and as an entrepreneur.

Charles is currently:

• A member of the supervisory board and a shareholder of a Polish MGA
• Chairman of the Managing General Agents Association, the MGAA

Previously, Charles has been Chief Executive Officer of a UK insurer, active underwriter of a Lloyd's syndicate as well as founder and CEO of Manchester Underwriting Management, an MGA, and previously of Dickson Manchester & Co Ltd, a wholesale Lloyd’s broker.
